Return and Refunds

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- The item must not be excluded from returns under this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items marked as such at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at aiamericart@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Ship the item according to the instructions provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review the situation and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
